Holy Grain Sourdough – Located less than 300 yards from the hotel in the Great Northern Warehouse. Using only organic ingredients, every loaf is handmade and slowly fermented over a 2 day period for maximum flavour, digestibility and health.
Northern Cure Charcuterie – Located in Piccadilly less than 2km away from the hotel. They produce high welfare charcuterie and concentrate on the ethics of the meat they produce. Their curing process takes months of careful production whilst paying maximum respect to the animal.
Udale Butchers – We purchase our Beef, Lamb and Pork from Udale, they are based less than an hour’s drive from the hotel. Udale work with Cumbrian farms who practise sustainable farming methods to produce high welfare meat in a sustainable way.
Seven Bro7hers – 7 actual brothers from Salford who love beer. Their beer tastes great – whether it’s the core range or one of their specials, the whole point of it is that it tastes really good. There’s nothing fancy or stuffy about craft beer, it’s for everyone, for enjoyment, for bringing people together, for you!
